Big things are being built on the BERNEXPO site!

Construction work on the new festival hall on the BERNEXPO site has begun and is also in full swing during the trade fair. Only limited car parking spaces are available.

Delivery and logistics

Every access route (delivery/collection) to the exhibition centre requires registration or a corresponding slot (date/time). The duration for loading and unloading per vehicle is 1.0 hour: Registration in the logistics portal

 

Arriving by public transport

You can reach the BERNEXPO site in just a few minutes by taking a tram, bus or S-Bahn (suburban train) from Bern central station:

  • Number 9 tram from Bern central station to the “Wankdorf Center” stop
  • S-Bahn (S1, S2, S3, S4, S31 or S44) to “Bern Wankdorf”, then number 9 tram to “Wankdorf Center”
  • Number 20 bus to “Wankdorf Bahnhof” stop, then number 9 tram to “Wankdorf Center” stop

 

Arriving by car

The exhibition premises are a few hundred metres away from the Wankdorf motorway junction. After leaving the motorway, follow the “Expo” signs. Due to the construction work, we recommend parking in the multi-storey car park. The way from the multi-storey car park to the entrance is signposted at Messeplatz (please follow the signs). For the final few metres on foot, please follow the signs on site until you reach the entrance.
